Why we built Iterlane

Applying shouldn't mean retyping yourself fifty times.

We kept noticing the same thing: most of a job application isn't thinking, it's re-entry. The same contact details. The same "Why this company?" The same work authorization question, the same resume reshaped slightly for each role. By the tenth application, you're not applying. You're transcribing.

So we built Iterlane to do the repeat work and leave the judgment to you. It remembers the screening answers you've approved, tailors your resume to each role from your real experience, and fills the application forms across the ATS platforms people actually run into, like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday.

Two principles shaped everything. First, you're the one who hits submit. Iterlane never auto-sends an application. Second, your data stays yours. Your resume and answers are used to power your application workflow; we don't sell them.

Iterlane is a small, independent project, built by people who've done the grind and wanted the repetitive part to take minutes instead of hours. It's early, and we're improving it in the open. If it saves you time, that's the whole point.
